Stock availability

Delivery time is dependent on stock availability.
Orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment reflects in the bustronics-online.co.za bank account as specified on the order confirmation before 11h00, as cleared funds, should BusTronics-online.co.za not have stock available, orders will be dispatched to the customer within 5 working days from date of order plus freight transit time.
We shall ensure that every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Should we be faced with such an occurrence, BusTronics-online.co.za will endeavour to contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule?
BusTronics-online.co.za reserves the right to cancel your order should the product no longer be available from the BusTronics-Online.co.za supplier.

Out of Stock items

Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping

NB:- Please ensure your correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass onto you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

On occasion, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
Should this event take place, we shall make every attempt to contact you through the contact details supplied by you, to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Your order will not be processed until we receive a confirmed order and payment in full into our bank account.
 
Refunds

No Refunds will be entertained, with the following exception:-  when our suppliers no longer carry stock of the item you have ordered for any reason whatsoever  and unavailability of stock for reasons which are beyond our control.

Pricing  

All purchases will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) only.
Bustronics-Online.co.za offers you competitive prices on all of our products on offer and will include the price of the purchase plus any shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Should the shipping charges increase between the time you confirmed your order and the day the goods are to be shipped, you will be required to make payment for the difference, before the goods will be released.

Payment

All purchases are completed on a cash payment basis via EFT only.
Only EFT payments will be accepted for purchases made on www.bustronics – online.co.za.

Once you have completed your on line shopping and have added your requirements to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and confirm your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order including an invoice, on which the BusTronics-Online.co.za bank account details for payment will be provided. Your order will only be shipped once the cleared funds reflect in our bank account as detailed below.
